In the opening moments, Vyper takes control of the fight. It comes as no surprise to anyone that she uses her tremendous strength to bull L’Vinn around. What is surprising (and a most unwelcome surprise for Pippa) is that the blonde then demonstrates she’s quite skilled at technical grappling as well. As minute after minute ticks by, the wily veteran is agonizingly dominated by her opponent, with Pippa’s every effort to turn the tide thwarted.
Eventually, L’Vinn’s vast ring knowledge… not to mention her willingness to bend or break the rules as she sees fit… makes this contest more competitive. Both women dish it out and take it in equal measure. This is one of the most bruisingly brutal PGWA battles ever!
The end comes as both magnificent women are reeling with pain and exhaustion, and one finally manages to force the other to tap out, or else face being knocked out. Is it Power or Skill which wins the day?
