Prior to the match, Amy is lacing up her boots and preparing to give a short interview when she is suddenly interrupted by Kacee, who “advises” her in no uncertain terms to pack up and get lost, taking a forfeit rather than having herself be seriously injured by Carlisle in the ring. Unintimidated, Amy stands up and makes it equally clear to Kacee that she’s there to wrestle, not run away.
In the match that follows, Carlisle tries to make good on her threat to break Amy’s face, while Love aims to prove she’s much more than just the “Supermodel of Pro Wrestling”. The battle is rough and raucous, with both women taking a tremendous beating!
The last few minutes of this one in particular are astounding, as the two wrestlers… each push to the very limits of their endurance by exhaustion and pain… pull out all of the stops in their efforts to put the other to the canvas for the count of three.
Ultimately, one woman achieves this… but it was a very near thing! After viewing this one, it comes as no surprise that this contest became a very personal one between these two.
