Of course, longtime fans will recognize instantly that “Blondie” is none other than the great Diane Von Hoffman. Why the name change? Because she had just lost a ‘Loser Leaves Town’ match and wasn’t supposed to work in that territory, but she didn’t want to miss out on being a part of history and wrestling on this inaugural card, so she worked under a new name!
But no matter by what name she’s called, there’s no mistaking her ferocious style! And while Nikki Lane gives a good accounting of herself here, Blondie unleashes hell on the poor girl.
This one ends with a near-crippling Boston Crab that drives the agonized victim to frantically submit!
