This live match features Big Mama Nemesis and PGWA newcomer Santana G. And for those fans who enjoy an unexpected surprise in the ring, this match will be for you. Nemesis is clearly overconfident in pre match interviews and really thinks less of the PGWA matching her up with all the newcomers in wrestling.
Santana on the other hand has another opinion, and comes to the ring ready to explode with anxiety and aggressiveness. Nemesis is always a solid wrestler and uses her weight and height to her advantage, but on this night Santana’s quickness and ‘spunk’ only angered the champion. Both women unloaded all they had and there were moments when Santana looked like she was all but wiped out and wiped up. A series of chops to Santana’s chest and a powerful bodyslam from Nemesis would have lost the match for many girls, but the youngster kept coming back for more. She certainly dished it out to the champion and Big Mama seemed very surprised when Santana upended her with her shoulders to the mat and got the win.
Nemesis was extremely angry with this outcome… Was Nemesis too overconfident? Did she underestimate the ability of Santana? This match is one where the smaller wrestler just out wrestled the larger one. Nemesis’ only salvation was that the USWO/PGWA booked the match as a non-title match.
