The referee definitely has his work cut out for him in this one… before the match even starts! It seems Jessie Belle isn’t happy with the introduction he gave her, so she insists he re-introduce her by proclaiming her to be the 2010 PGWA Wrestler of the Year and the 2011 Wrestler as well. “And you’re wearing the stripes… !” she snaps with indignation.
But her opponent this evening seems less than impressed, and once the match begins, it takes only seconds for Aleida to ensnare Smothers in a crushing side headlock. “What do they feed you?” Jessie Belle winces in pain.
That’s just the very start of a face-paced, slam-bang battle between the two, as control of the action flips back and forth again and again. Ortiz has the edge in strength, but Smothers makes the most of her speed and agility… and her complete willingness to bend the rules as she sees fit.
