Allie Parker makes her PGWA debut, and to demonstrate that she does not intend to take things easy, she challenges Jennifer Thomas to a match. Prior to the action, both wrestlers have some remarks for the camera, and for each other. And while on the surface they appear complimentary, and even friendly, those who can read between the lines can detect the cattiness behind their words. And proving this is a contest on multiple levels, Allie makes a show out of removing her ring robe and displaying her Baywatch red one-piece.
As they lock up, Jennifer manages to muscle Allie back into a corner. But as they repeat, Parker takes control with a grinding headlock, followed by a textbook takedown, but Thomas then turns the tables with a python-like headscissors on her opponent.
Then follows a struggle of armlocks, headlocks and bodyscissors. Jennifer seems to take control with a keister bump into a dragon sleeper, but after Allie thwarts a pinfall attempt, she unleashes a flurry of roughhouse tactics…peppered with outright rulebreaking… that sends Jennifer reeling.
They battle on, control of the action see-sawing between them, until finally one woman is subjected to a hold that threatens to dislocate her arms from their sockets… yet still she refuses to submit! But ultimately, she tearfully surrenders, while her victorious opponent nearly collapses from exhaustion herself.
