Fans often make suggestions to us as to which newcomers in the sport they’d love to see the PGWA work with. For the past few months, one name kept rising up above all of the others… Madi Maxx.
We also get a lot of comments on which wrestlers the fans would like to see come back to the PGWA, and far and away the woman who has been getting the most requests is Roni Nicole.
And thus, in an act of sheer booking brilliance on our part, we put these two together in the ring, stepped back, and watched the sparks fly!
Roni, of course, has the clear advantage in raw power, but Madi has speed, skill and spark, and she’s unafraid to take the fight right to her bigger opponent. But when punches and kicks barely register against the Amazonian Roni, fans fear the youngster is in for a demolishing.
And yet… the spunky Maxx refuses to back down, and time and again she manages to leave her adversary reeling. Nicole, who is used to dominating so many of her opponents, has to dig deep to regain control in this one.
