Several months ago, Christie announced her impending retirement from pro wrestling. Given her long and illustrious history with the PGWA, she offered to make one of her final bouts a GrudgeMatch for us. Since we aren’t idiots, we immediately accepted, and asked Christie who she would like to face. She replied that she wouldn’t feel truly ready to retire unless she had taught Amanda Rodriguez a lesson in the ring.
For her part, Amanda jumped at the chance, and wasn’t shy in telling one and all that she was going to send Ricci out of the sport with a resounding defeat.
From the opening moments of this one, these two combatants give their all. Christie has years’ worth of experience, but Amanda is terrifically skilled. Ricci, who is ordinarily the powerhouse in any match, is surprised by her opponent’s strength, while Rodriguez finds herself suffering from her adversary’s willingness to bend the rules to suit herself.
Both women possess magnificent pairs of legs, and they serve both as weapons, as well as targets.
Inevitably, the match must come to an end. In this instance, that end is painfully shattering for one beauty, as she is victim of a piledriver, and left slumbering in center ring while her triumphant rival plants a boot on her belly and flexes her arms in a victory pose.
