If Rock 'n Roll is all about high energy and the reckless pursuit of dreams, then Rock-C is definitely living the dream! This grappler from the Volunteer State has been tearing up rings down South, taking on both women and men, and definitely making a name for herself.

LADYSPORTS: When did you first get into the sport?
ROCK-C: Well, I got started in 2004 and I have not stopped since.

LS: Who trained you?
RC: James Cody

LS: What was your biggest influence to become a wrestler?
RC: Lita.

LS: What other sports do you have an interest in?
RC: None... it’s wrestling first and last for me.

LS: How would you describe yourself in terms of attitude, personality and strengths?
RC: I can get along with anyone, and I’m very outgoing.

LS: Describe a typical day of training for you. What is most important in your workout?
RC: Everything. I work on cardio, endurance, and ring skills all of the time.

LS: How would you best describe your ring style?
RC: Fast and somewhat high-flying

LS: Did you base your ring style or even your persona on any one particular wrestler?
RC: No, I’m just myself.

LS: What specific signature moves are you best known for?
RC: The blockbuster and the crossbody are my specialties.

LS: Have you ever been injured in the ring?
RC: Yes, unfortunately.

LS: Since you've begun, have you ever had a "Why am I still doing this" moment?
RC: Yes, but not often.

LS: Who have been your toughest opponents?
RC: The big guys.

LS: Who are your allies?
RC: Everyone! I get along with everybody, remember?

LS: What was your worst loss?
RC: A hardcore match I had... that one was the worst.

LS: Who is the one wrestler you would most like to face in the ring, but haven't yet?
RC: Lita, for sure!

LS: What type of match do you enjoy the most?
RC: I really like tag teaming.

LS: What sort of reactions do you get from people when they learn you are a wrestler?
RC: “Wow, does it hurt?” and “Is it real?” are the two most common questions I get.

LS: What is so special about this sport to you?
RC: The part where I can perform in front of people and put a smile on their faces... that’s what’s most special for me.

LS: What are your fans like?
RC: Mostly kids, which is great.

LS: If you had the power, what one thing would you do to improve the sport?
RC: No more drama!

LS: Where have you wrestled, and what titles have you held?
RC: GCW in Columbus, Georgia... ARW in Cleveland, Tennessee... GXW in Rossville, Georgia, TWA in Dalton, Georgia, and BCW and DCW, both in Chattsworth, Georgia. I’ve held the Hardcore title there.

LS: What are your thoughts on women participating in the sport?
RC: I love it, but we need more women!

LS: What was your most unforgettable moment in the ring?
RC: I took a superplex onto thumb tacks!

LS: Any regrets?
RC: Absolutely none.

LS: What do you suppose you would be doing if you couldn't be in wrestling?
RC: Racing cars.

LS: What is your personal motto?
RC: I love Rock and Roll!

LS: What would make you most happy in life?
RC: To stay a good mom.

LS: Anything else you'd like to add?
RC: Don’t eat any of that yellow snow, kids!
