When the name of your wrestling promotion is HorrorSlam, you'd better be prepared to deliver on the violence. And there was violence aplenty the night that Mickie Knuckles and Malcolm Monroe III came to Brownstown, Michigan, just downriver from Detroit. HorrorSlam has been running for about a year now, and drawing big houses with their patented ring violence. Even so, many of the fans in attendance had no idea just how brutal the intergender death match between Mickie and Malcolm would be! MM3 (as Malcolm is known by) is well-known as one of the most dangerous men in the independent ring today, so Mickie wasn't going to underestimate him or take any chances. She, of course, is indisputably one of the most dangerous women in all of pro wrestling, so the stage was set for a truly brutal confrontation between them. There was no place for the rulebook in the ring on this night. The two combatants unleashed hell on one another, quickly drawing blood. The audience gasped as Mickie and Malcolm savagely battled one another without restraint. If at times MM3's superior strength gave him the advantage, Mickie quickly discovered that a sharp squeeze of his private parts would level the playing field again! Mickie has been around the death match block more than once, and isn't afraid of anything. Those two knocked the hell out of each other using every gimmick they could find (had we mentioned this was billed as a 'Fans Bring the Weapons' match?), which only added to the carnage. Anything that would break or shatter (and some things that wouldn't) was used as a weapon. The blood bath's end finally came when Malcolm grabbed a chloroform-soaked rag and covered Mickie's mouth and nose with it, knocking her out! Thus ended the death match, and thankfully nobody actually died. Having been declared the winner, MM3 grabbed the microphone to tell Mickey that she had "given him the fight of his life," and he had the utmost respect for her as a wrestler... and as a woman. One thing's for certain...it was a night that Mickie Knuckles, Malcolm Monroe III and the fans won't soon forget!
