It's a sure bet that when this Aussie import was deciding upon a ring name at the start of her career, "Chatty Cathy" wasn't on the short list. As one quickly learns when speaking with her, she is a woman of few words. Indeed, she cites 'less talking' as something that would improve the sport as a whole! But her terseness isn't because she doesn't have anything to say; it just so happens that, as the old saying goes, she does her talking in the ring.

In spite of her relatively small size, Roxy is not one to back down from challenges against far larger and more powerful opponents...and, for that matter, she has a habit of beating many of them!

LadySports: When did you first get into the sport?
Foxy Roxy: About three years ago.

LS: Who trained you?
LS: Skandar Akbar, Tugboat Taylor, Cato Kun Lee, Tony Vega.

LS: What was your biggest influence to become a wrestler?
LS: I dont know, I just do it.

LS: What other sports do you have an interest in?
LS: I play tennis, pool, I like to bowl, and I like video games.

LS: What is your most marked characteristic?
LS: I laugh a lot.

LS: What are you favorite foods, music, clothes, cars?
LS: I'm not about food. I like all kinds of music as long as it's not depressing. I love fast cars, classic cars, muscle cars, and trucks. Clothes? Tank top, shorts, and flip flops.

LS: Describe a typical day of training for you. What is most important in your workout?
LS: Cardio, everyday.

LS: How would you best describe your ring style?
LS: Technical.

LS: What moves are you best known for?
LS: Armdrags, drop kicks, and the DDT.

LS: Have you ever been injured in the ring?
LS: A few times.

LS: Who have been your toughest opponents?
LS: Ann R. Key, Heather Divine, and Simply Luscious.

LS: Who are your allies?
LS: Not sure I have any.

LS: What has been your most memorable win?
LS: A CMLL tag team match in Mexico that was televised.

LS: What was your worst loss?
LS: I went through a table and it knocked me out!

LS: What type of match do you enjoy the most?
LS: I like them all...as long as I win.

LS: What sort of reactions do you get from people when they learn you are a wrestler?
LS: The usual...they dont believe me at first, mostly.

LS: What is so special about this sport to you?
LS: The adrenaline rush!

LS: What are your fans like?
LS: I dont know, but i love them!

LS: If you had the power, what one thing would you do to improve the sport?
LS: More intense training, not so much talking.

LS: Where have you wrestled, and what titles have you held?
LS: All over Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, down in Mexico, and going North soon. I've had the WOW Womens Champion belt, and AWE womens champion belt.

LS: What are your thoughts on women participating in the sport?
LS: I respect the ones that actually know how to wrestle.

LS: Any regrets?
LS: Not really. There is a reason for everything.

LS: What would you do if you couldn't be in wrestling?
LS: Stunt work or acting.

LS: What is your personal motto?

LS: Anything is legal as long as ya don't get caught.

LS: What would make you most happy in life?
LS: To wrestle all over the world.

LS: Anything else you'd like to add?
LS: I love to wrestle. I love to entertain. But I have the most respect for all wrestlers all over because what we do is hard work and can be dangerous. I've gained a lot of friends and gotten close to other workers, and I have to say we are one big family. I love all of them. And we will always love our fans!!! It's our fans that make us who we are, and I personally will never forget that.
