LADYSPORTS: Welcome to LadySports, Cleopatra. Tell us, when did you first get into the sport?

CLEOPATRA: It was three years ago. Curiously, it wasn't anything I had planned to do. I'm an
actress, and there was a casting call for a professional wrestler for a project. I have a friend who
is a pro wrestler, and I asked her to give me some instruction for the role. I quickly became
interested in the sport, and decided to pursue it.

LS: Who trained you?

C: Epydemius H1N1.

LS: What was your biggest influence to become a wrestler?

C: I love sports. My ideal of beauty has always been that of a strong woman. And I love Wolf Rubinski,
a professional wrestler and actress, she is my inspiration.

LS: What other sports do you have an interest in?

C: The martial arts in general...kung fu seems like an art to me, the movement of the body through
the art of kung fu is very poetic.

LS: How would you describe yourself in terms of attitude, personality, likes, dislikes, and strengths?

C: I am a very stubborn woman, I achieve what I propose. I do not stop until I arrive. I think
that this is my only virtue or the best I have. I love cats and I can't stand injustice.
I pursue the truth.

LS: What is most important to you about this sport?
C: The most important thing for me is the feedback from my colleagues, they are very professional
and teach with love and passion. I love group training, you learn a lot. There is nothing like the
collective and wrestling is as collective as is the theater.

LS: Have you ever been injured in the ring?

C: Yes, a ligament on the right leg.

LS: Who have been your toughest opponents?

A: Fénix and Jade, and Amber, too.

LS: What has been your most memorable win?

A: Against Candy.

LS: And what has been your worst loss?

C: In the ring, against Amber. In life, recently my nephew lost his battle against leukemia. Now he is
the most beautiful Angel in heaven.

LS: Who is the one wrestler you would most like to face in the ring, but haven't yet?

C: I'm dying to be in the ring against Puma!

LS: What sort of reactions do you get from people when they learn you are a wrestler?

C: They are surprised, they never suspect it!

LS: What is so special about this sport to you?

C: It is an art. You learn to fly, it demands it of you. It leads you to transgression, to go beyond
what you think you can give.

LS: If you had the power, what one thing would you do to improve the sport?

C: Promotion is important, taking workshops for children and adolescents or people in general
to schools, in order to sensitize them and bring them closer is a way to create spectators, even
to train future athletes and create more spaces.

LS: What are your thoughts on women participating in the sport?

C: They have all my admiration and respect, especially all those women whose circumstances
are not so favorable, but they persist

LS: What is your personal motto?

A: Live as if you were to die tomorrow and learn as if you were to live forever.

LS: What would make you most happy in life?

A: There are two types of death…one that comes to all of us, and the other when the body
does not give anything more. What I am so passionate about, what would make me happier,
is to be able to continue on this path of sport until my body can't take it anymore.
When I'm in the ring or training with my teammates, a feeling of belonging invades me.

LS: Cleopatra, thank you so much for taking the time to speak with us.

C: Thank you!
