This is it... this is where the PGWA began!  This historic match is available 
as a digital download for the first time ever!

This is the very first match ever booked by the PGWA, back in 1992.  And the 
title refers less to the physical size of the women, rather than to their stature 
in the sport, for even then they were genuine legends with heavyweight reputations!  
They also had a long-simmering feud that really came to a boil in this 
Best of Three Falls submission match.

This is Old School grappling at its finest, as both the Texas Cowgirl and the 
Carolina Queen seamlessly blend technical wrestling with Southern style roughhousing!

They wage battle for three full falls over the grueling course of half an hour...
with each fall worthy of being a complete match in its own right!

Had it not been a three round match but only one fall, the history of the PGWA 
might have played out very differently, as Judy, after a tremendous back-and-forth struggle, 
manages to make Susan submit the first fall.  With no margin for error left to her, 
Green fights like a woman possessed in the second round, only to find Martin matching 
her in intensity.  Susan manages to finally win the fall, but only after great physical 
expense to both battlers.

The third and deciding round is a veritable tutorial in the art of Professional Wrestling, 
as both modern day Amazons hold back nothing as they move Heaven and Earth to make the other 
surrender!  History tells us that it was Susan who ultimately prevails, but it was a damned 
near run thing, and Judy might very well have emerged triumphant, but for the whim of Fate!

Shortly after this match, at the recommendation of new Commissioner Penny Banner (a legend 
in her own right!), the PGWA established its own Championship, and awarded it retroactively 
to Susan Green on the merits of this very match.  Susan would go on to hold the belt twice 
over the course of the next decade...and it is no surprise that the woman who reigned as 
Champ in-between her runs was none other than Judy Martin.

Simply put, these are two of the all-time best, both at the peak of their prowess, in a 
match that no self-respecting fan of women's wrestling can be without!
