The 5th match from the all women show... It's Riptide versus the Mississippi Queen at last! For years, fans had been clamoring for a match between these two, and at long last they meet in the ring. In her pre-match remarks, Angel says she's there not only to beat Christie (and to also put Tracy Taylor on notice that the former PGWA Champ intends to take 'her' belt back before too long), but also to pay tribute to a fallen peer; the last time Angel had wrestled Luna Vachon was in that very same ring, and with this match coming in the wake of Luna's tragic death, Orsini was dedicating this one to Vachon's memory. Any halfway serious fan of women's pro wrestling knows full well that Ricci and Orsini are two of the most talented ladies in the sport today, so it should come as no surprise that this is an incredible battle between two willful combatants, each at her very peak of power. Things quickly get personal between them, and both wrestlers resort to some less-than-legal moves; no one should be shocked to learn this fight spills out of the ring. The referee definitely has his work cut out for him on this night! And as wild as the match is, it's only a prelude to the astonishingly riotous finale!
